T-Mobile Insists It Didn't Fudge Its Coverage Map

I remember being in a place a couple of years ago where T-Mobile's coverage map showed 4G LTE and literally had no data at all. I called support and whatever map they used showed they had nothing.

I sent an angry letter that included the screen shot from their web site and got absolutely no response. BTW, MetroPCS uses the exact same map with different colors.
