USA?

It has been around for a while outside of the US. Is this news update about the USA?

News?

Either im not understanding something, or this isn't news....when i first bought my e60 a few months ago, the first thing i did was went home an d checked nokia.com for firmware updates, and then downloaded the application and updated my firmware. how is this news? the only thing i couldn't do was OTA.
It's news b/c This service was only available for a very select few of Nokia's phones. Of which the E series devices was one. It's not news for you, but it's news for owners other Nokia phones.

This would be great if...

it didn't erase all your info when it updated.

About time!

Sony Ericsson has allowed their users to do this for a while and my most recent SE phone [w710i] allows me to do ota [over the air] updates anytime I want.

Nice to finally catch up here Nokia.

This is a good thing.

Hopefully they will use this to release Feature Packs for the S60 phones.
