OnePlus 5T screen

Hello! My screen just broke when my OnePlus 5T (Midnight black 64G) fell down to the floor in the way that the screen faced the floor and crashed all in little crystal pieces. I'm hunting online for a solution and find a tutorial. Do you think it is difficult to replace the screen?
It is said that OnePlus inverted the screen on the OnePlus 5T, which resulted in a subtle jelly scrolling effect. After 6 months of upgrading, the jelly scroll effect is still there. System upgrades didn't solve the problem. I hope a new screen could solve the problem.

It's a mistake, and here's why

This is not my idea, but I fully agree with it.
I've owned all OP's except the 2.
OP is very good to their customers, with the exception of a little model myopia (3,3T,5,5T) but updates have been up front, and timely. And for a 2~3 year model, quality is exceptional for US models.
So why complicate "all things OnePlus" by having a carrier weigh in on content and updates?
