Sprint Confirms VUE Test Uses MediaFLO
Can anybody tap into this?
Is this like old analog TV broadcast where anybody who has an antenna can pick up the signal. I guess what Im getting at is, anybody with this feature on their phone can get the signal for free. Or is Sprint going to make you sign up for the service if you buy a compatable phone. I wondering how they are going to stop third party companies from making portable TV players to tap into the signal
I think its going to be IP based. Just like V-cast service. Its not broadcast, its Datacast.
