Sounds like all these service providers that offer "unlimited" but with a cap on it are setting theirselves up for a lawsuit.
Verizon got sued for their Bluetooth fiasco a couple years back and that wasnt even a fraction as blatent as this.

This article claims that This is first system to allow smooth transition to Wifi hot spots. However with a Mac you can do this on any carrier.

doesnt seem to "unlimited" to me. but i wouldnt get a card just for email, i guess thats just me though.
