LG Reveals VX-8600

I'm really getting annoyed at the people who keep saying LG sucks when compared to a motorola. I want to start by saying I've had just about everyone phone brand and type except those expensive PDA smartphones. Out of all the phones I have had, the LG's I've had have kicked all the other phones butts! As for the motorola's, all of them have had problems, every single motorola i've owned has had the charging port issue, (an issue i have NEVER seen with LG) and all of them have had a problem with the screen like lines going through them and worst of all they are all made of poor and cheap feeling plastics, (and now most of them are being made of metal which feels like it could dent easily)they feel as if you drop them once and their done. if you are going to say LG copies Motorola blah blah blah... don't even post it up here it's not even worth writing that garbage Thread up in here... what i think is that they are competing with each other so they can make better products for consumers... especially Samsung & LG are trying to improve those thin crap RAZR phones to another level... come on be honest Motorola RAZR had so many defective unit all carriers have "special" department for those stupid stupid sucky RAZRs but samsung and LG they do have defective units but not as much as the Motorola phones...

Does anyone know if this phone will give the user the ability to hear yourself when you are speaking on the phone like the 8300 or Razr?

Once I have leard to get used to this, I now have a hard time using "dead" sounding phones.

one main thing that i disliked about the chocolate was speakerphone... how you going to have speaker stereo but no speakerphone??? so that was a big disappointment but i hope this one does have speakerphone!!! then i would definitely buy this phone... it looks better than the chocolate (8500) i wonder what kind of name it will have.... but alternatively... This is a great country because we have... if I dare say it... CHOICES. If you don't like it, no one is pointing a gun at you making you buy it. If you do like, by all means, get it if you have the money. But to complain, moaning and groaning does not fix any solution.

It says that that the 8600 will NOT have a QVGA display...so I'm mad about that! Recently LG feels that they can put a feature in a phone, and they take it away on the next phone.
i.e. The VX8000 had a CCD camera (all the rest VX use CMOS)
ie 2: The VX8000/8100/8300 all have Stereo Speakers, but the VX8500 Chocolate does not. I'm not sure about the VX8600.

Does anyone know if the 8600 has 1 Mono-Speaker (like the 8500) or 2 Stereo-Speakers (like the 8000/8100/8300)?

Verizon is acutally letting me change my handset because I have had so many problems and am on my 7th LG V. They said they would send me an 8300 and I was wondering if anyone had some kind of definite date that this would be released because I would rather have that.

Like i have said before...battery over quality...and reliability over recall...

Any idea how long the VX-8600 might last when set up to play MP3?

Basically this phone is the love child of the 8500 and the 8300. Pricing should fall right inbetween the two as well so that should make a lot of people happy.

Anyone know the size and weight of this phone. Looks small and light - so hopefully it is not a brick...

Does anyone know when this will be available?

🤨 Why in sam-hell does VZW keep changing the asthetic appeal of the chocolate phones when they come staeside? Where is the alternating colored keypad and "CHOCOLATE" color?

Is it 176 x 220 like the VX8300? If that's the case, then I'm really disappointed. Is Samsung the only CDMA phone manufacturer that can put a QVGA screen in a clamshell phone?
