Sending SMS to multiple people

I was hoping someone could help me…. I have a question about the Dash. I currently have the Blackjack II, I am frustrated when sending text messages to multiple contacts because after selecting the first person the phone book takes you back to the very top of your contact list vs. being able to add more people from where you left off, like the Blackberry and others do. Can someone tell me if the Dash is like this?
I regularly send sms messages to multiple addresses. It's just like adding them with an email client.

dash and music

Does anybody about 3rd party apps that would allow dash users to buy and download music files to the phone. Also, does anybody know if I can transfer a micro sd card from a htc touch (from Sprint), and put it in a new dash? Will the dash read the micro sd card, or will it error, since it was from another phone. Any help will be appriciated.
you dont need to find an app just find a website that has music file shares for example i download from www. hotnewhiphop .com... as for the sd card yes you can transfer the card over...

the sd card should be compatible with any device that has an sd card slot. like bluetooth; all bluetooth are compatible with any bluetooth device.

I have a question. What is the difference between the S620 and the S621?
I'm not %100 sure but one might be a European version with a different key layout.

Dash Crashed

Hey everyone. I have been a loyal fan of the dash for a long time (I am also a T-Mobile rep). Sadly though, yesterday my phone crashed on me. It keeps on power cycling on start up. Gets to the windows mobile screen and then restarts everytime. I tried everything and nothing has got it working again. So, Im now in the market for a new phone.

The problem though is, I need to have Internet Sharing as a feature on my phone. I am at work and do not have the access to a search engine to find such phones.

Theres a lot of phones out there I like and would get but again as I said, I need the feature (App?) Internet Sharing (which the Dash has). What Internet Sharing allows me to do is use my phone as a modem for my laptop. I connect via blueto...

LISTEN UP PEOPLE......

You guys can do some things to this dash to make it fun despite the crap for memory and buggy tmobile branded windows rom.

stream youtube on your dash....yes that's right i said youtube on your dash. just search google for the "htc streaming player" and install it. now your phone has the ability to surf youtube. if it still doesnt work then install flashlite 2.1 which can be found if you google "dash apps" and select surreal networks.

Watch movies, play nintendo games and atari. im still trying to get a snes emulator for my phone so i can get legend of zelda. link to the past.

also for those of you who WANT TO DISABLE XT9...in your browser or wherever text is needed. I just did this in my browser...hold down ALT + SPACE. Your pho...

Totally aggree. Got my Pocket Nester NES Emulator, Vtap for youtube, and a bunch of other awesome apps. This is a useful phone, even with the small processing power. For the price, can't be beat! I love my Dash!
put 6.1 on it and it makes it better lol takes the tmobile logo off of it and removes all the tmobile junk you dont need... the threaded txt messages are the best too.

dash syncing on macbook

Hey,

I was wondering if any of yall have found a program that could sync the dash to a mac for free?
For free? No. Mark Space makes a good syncing program called "The Missing Sync for Windows Mobile" Syncs my Dash and G4 FW800 Mac effortlessly.

Connecting Dash to wireless router???

I don't have broadband in my area but use my Dash connected to my laptop for a marginally fast Internet connection. My question is, "Is there a way to connect my Dash to a wireless router and then be able to use the connection on other comps(or my PS3) in the house?" What cables should I use and will a router initialize/recognize my T-mob internet connection.

Havn't physically tried this yet and thought that someone else may have and could enlighten me.
Thanks for any input. Michael

I was thinking about trading in my POS sidekick for a dash. I have seen that the WM5 is more trouble than its worth. Does anybody know if the newer ones have WM6? Also, how are the 3rd party apps?

Case for Dash

Has anyone found a good cell phone case for the Dash? I just ordered a Krussell but I'm not really liking that the keyboard is covered as well. I'd rather have it open since the keys are so small. But the clip is low profile on the Krussell which is nice. Anyhow. Just wondering if anyone was happy with a case for their Dash.

Thanks.

I'm considering the Dash or MDA for TMO. Any suggestions and why?
