I'd expect coverage to be mostly Cingular with some regionals, as unless something has changed recently, T-Mobile doesn't have a roaming agreement with PetroCom.
As for T-Mobile: once again they're missing the boat. T-Mo's kidConnect is a good *rate plan*, but if they want to compete more effectively with VZW, Sprint, Disney, etc. they need to add the location component to their offering, and AIUI, they can't really do (non-911) location easily on their current network and need a handset solution.
