The job I had with Verizon Wireless was called Experience Specialist. In the retail setting, I was responsible for team selling and maximizing the sale. Additionally, I was an in store instructor for Android and iOS classes.
I was told and later confirmed that my GM had nothing to do with the decision and tenure had nothing to do with my layoff. I was given two weeks severance pay per year I worked, the remaining pay for my vacation time, and an annual prorated STI (store performance) bonus.
