Rollover method not customer friendly

The plans should use rollover minutes first then monthly allotment.

They have you using your minutes before your rollover minutes minutes kick in. So basically any month you use an amount equal to your allotment you end up with no carryover regardless of how little you use in previous months.

The method they use minimizes customer value. It is better than what they had, but not as good as it should be. This change did make them about price equal with AT&T for larger families and better for small families who use a lot of data.

I swear, if people complain about this one...

I don't care if it takes from other companies. This is a good thing for the consumer, and it's basically taking the good things from other carriers and saying "okay, fine, they were right. Here. Have all of the things that work."
The 2G unlimited thing is exactly what I have been saying they should do. And oddly enough, even the $5 price.

Let's take what the other carriers are giving away for free and charge for it. Yeah, that's giving in...

I would really like to switch to the new XL plan, but my device access fees would go up $ 5.00 per phone, making the new plan $ 30.00 more per month. ☹️
