Cricket is awful

I have been through a 1pm-9pm ordeal with cricket. The first time was technically straight talks initial fault, although cricket dealt with customer service horribly.

So I make an order, and straight talk said they werent releasing the number. I call cricket to get the preauth off my bank so I can make a new order with a different number as they have this deal right now, so I can get the phone for 99c. They tell me that they dont have a billing department and it took me two hours to get to the warranty dept. Which laughed at me, and sent me to the billing department that DID exist.

So the billing dept calls my bank, and between me taking them an email printout, and the rep, we got the preauth removed.
