How is gonna look when all of their phone packages only have a headset icon and the competition (Sprint, Cingular) is gonna have a crp load of icons on theirs.

You can find something similar on your clothes with little icons depicting whether the fabric is dry-clean only, tumble type for drying, bleach-safe, etc....
