T-Mobile Signs Roaming Deal with Cuban Carrier

Hopefully Cuba gets widespread Wifi access where one does not have to depend on network exorbitantly high roaming charges.
WiFi is readily available in the hotels albeit not fast or reliable. Typical internet charge is $5 per hour. I was able to make fairly reliable calls on hangouts, but WiFi calling was hit and miss (mostly miss).
