Canadian phone?
Based on the frequency bands of this phone, it would work great with Bell or Virgin Mobile in Canada.
Many Blu LTE phones support only this set of LTE bands, but they specifically market them for the US anyway. We at Phone Scoop have very mixed feelings about such phones. We have a hard time recommending a phone that doesn't support low-band LTE (in t...

What a shame...
if this had Band 12, this could have been Blu's breakout phone. Pretty decent style and performance for the price, but no band 12 means its all but worthless for all those millions of Tmo MVNO customers out there.
