Given that what's written here is true

I'd say it's pretty obvious that T-mobile is in violation of Net Neutrality.
Not according to the definition of Net Neutrality "the principle that Internet service providers should enable access to all content and applications regardless of the source, and without favoring or blocking particular products or websites." They're ...
