IF ANY1 CARES!

I think this a exellent idea, it will give the small emerging companys that have a chance to get as big as sprint, tmobile and cingular a fighting chance to obtain the means to do so..at the same time it will stop attempts at monopoly by the major carriers...........................of course this is all based on of any1 cares or not

yah or government departments that will jack up the prises so the spectrum can go for more....

hopefully T-Mobile US will get most of spectrum

T-Mobile US can use these spectrum to build 3G system, not only for own use, the system can be shared with regional carriers through mutual roaming agreement
good for both (win-win)
