AT&T Seeking 700MHz Spectrum from Peoples Wireless

While AT&T is buying these tiny licenses, T-Mobile has just filed an application for the purchase of A block licenses covering nearly 18 million people:

They have also filed several other applications over the past week or so to buy 700Mhz licenses covering about a million POPs with purchases covering about another million or two expected to be filed by T-Mobile over the coming couple of weeks.
