Why are they not rolling out the secondary markets before this?? It's been forever in our market and we still haven't gotten Ev-DO!!! 😡
well, the secondary markets arent as important to first markets as well as other growht markets, and they feel that this market they will enter will be a growth one instead of secondary markets..

Sprint could potentially get more money from Canadian roamers in primary markets than their own customers in secondary markets.

Who cares- give me decent voice roaming rates!!
I couldn't care less about EV-DO, but I sure wish Sprint or other carriers would give decent deals on roaming rates in Canada! ~$0.80/minute (incl. long distance), WTF? Can the cost really be that high, or are they just making a killing? At least one of the Canadian carriers (can't remember which one right now) gives very decent rates to Canadians while in the US, so what gives? When I go to Canada, I go to great lengths to not use my Sprint phone, whereas if the roaming rate were more like $0.15/minute (incl. long distance) I'd actually use it.
