Not okay

They should have thought about this when they set the rules. They can't decide after the fact that it wasn't kosher and make them pay. Besides, whatever keeps the spectrum out of the hands of Verizon and Att is fine by me.
You do realize that Verizon and AT&T could easily have done the same thing if they chose to, don't you?

The FCC is allowing them to KEEP the spectrum, but NOT the discounts. If it were up to me, they would lose the spectrum AND the discounts. Fraud disallows the purchase in my book.

We talking about, I just commented earlier about this, if they don't make Dish to pay the new ruling it's just BS
I guess they have to spend $3.3 billion or what ever it is more if they want the spectrum. I just don't understand, set up shill corporations to defraud the goverment out of billions, and nobody goes to jail?
