treos pwn blackberrys anyways

I don't think so. I think that service will continue until a ruling is made.

no... the service wont be shut off for at least 30-90 days for the grace period to let consumers switch if the injunction will be enforced.

Justice Department has bigger things to worry about.

Like that pizza I ordered last night from my cell phone. My taxpayer money goes to investigate americans! not canadians!
