really?????

they say lower cost..........for who? the phone manufacturer or the customer? do you really think that just because symbian lowerd cost to nokia, which will lower cost to the carrier, they will sell it for cheap? PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the day a symbian phone is cheap is the day the texans win the superbowl 😛 🤣
i bet the idea is to produce a low end smartphone for developing nations, which will probably have less features than north american symbian phones

i understand they just want market share, but wouldn't this solution come at the cost of performance compared to other solutions?

normally, when there are 2 tasks, it's best to have 2 components (dual core CPU's, subwoofers/woofers/tweeters, etc.).

i guess these are really going to be for low-end phones(relatively), but i doubt they'll be capable of 3.6Mbps downlowds like we've seen recently. i guess we won't know until the chips are produced ...
