RadioShack Finalizes Sale of Name and Customer Data

I know Radio Shack at this point is small potatoes, but allowing them to sell off data that was agreed never to be sold in any way, shape, or form is just wrong. Let this be a warning to all that no agreement is set in stone and that once you give your info out it is no longer yours ever again.
