Apple, AT&T Seek to Block RadioShack's Sale of Customer Data

I don't do business with 3rd parties. Who doesn't have an AT&T store nearby and found it more convenient to use RadioHack? NOBODY. The problem is cheap people. They are the same reason that Wal-Mart is the number 1 retailer in the world. UGH!

Needs to hire a lawyer for your lawyer to decipher your T&C's. They both use And sell your data at their whim, and you gave them permission to do so.
Their just mad because Radioshack is doing it, and they dont want anyone else monetizing Their customers data but them.
At least RS is being honest about it. Not because they're an ethical company, "ethical corporation" is a misnomer but because they have to, RS doesn't have a T&C for you to agree to surrender all your rights on.
