Don't like them. It stifles innovation and establishes nothing in the way of jobs. These patents should be granted to people or companies that can and/or will follow through with culminating working embodiments to produce a product for use.
However, if an entity legitimately owns a patent, I cannot fathom way a company does not use the R in R&D to verify such a patent before assaulting a full scale production of somebody else's property without licensing it or even purchasing it.
Laws need to change but anyone thinking they are above the law, is pure arrogance and accountability should be held.
