Sure, let's release the rules on Friday.

More stall tactics. Rule it a utility already so the pouting and foot stomping can commence while the rest of us get on with our lives.
Do you have a problem with being able to see what's in the document before it's voted on? Or should we blindly accept what's in it without knowing?
What possible objection could anyone make to public release of the proposed regulations before the FCC votes on them?

"Stall tactics" to actually have an opportunity to read and vet 332 pages of regulation that have the potential to impact the liv...
