AT&T Finalizes Iusacell Acquisition

In America a major purchase takes at least 6-10 months to get approved then finalized. In Mexico it takes 2-3 months lol. At&t first mentioned this in November and now it's January. Mexico must of really needed the cash influx off the taxes of this deal overall.
