Not a typo those are 2 different phones.
The 16GB version of the iPhone 6, which is the smaller of the two, is $649.

why give away sim for free when they can charge your 20$ for it. just like the freaking lighting cable at 29.99$. hahahahha
none of the phones come with an Apple Sim. its only the iPads.
The really big news is...
that Apple claims that Sprint and Verizon will also accept these unlocked phones for activation. In the past these two CDMA carriers sometimes refused to activate devices not specifically sold as their branded variants.
The variant Apple is shipping for these unlocked units are A1586 and A1524 (i.e., the Sprint/international variants, which are the same as the AT&T/Verizon/T-Mobile models but with additional support for several TD-LTE bands).
