Sprint, T-Mobile Want FCC to Eye AT&T's Spectrum Spree
Coming from a company with more spectrum than all other 3 companies COMBINED
Yeah, they have a TON of it - they just don't know what to do with it, nor have competent people to run their company. They constantly, and many wireless carriers do this, waste time and money on USELESS Android and some Windows phones that NO ONE buys - I'm talking about selling 1,500 phones in a month, and only 1-3 sell. Why waste the time and money on such a low demand phone?
They could realistically carry about 10 phones and call it good - instead all the carriers load up with like 30 plus phones - half of which don't sell and there's zero to little demand. It's a purposeless phone essentially.
Then here comes the funny part, someone will end up buying one of those junk phones, only to be disappointed and then blame the compa...

Kinda got off the topic of the article there but I agree with ya. I'm sick of customers coming in all pissed off because the phone they bought for a penny last year is slow or doesn't hold a charge or have enough memory etc. Then they demand to get ...

Understandable But,
Last known info has Sprint sitting out of this auction. I can understand the arguments placed in front of the FCC and recognize the theory behind the opposing views. However, while T-Mobile is looking to the FCC to have a fair shake at bidding for the this auction, Sprint should be concentrating on getting the ducks in order for the 600mhz auction.
Again, I do believe AT&T and VZW have their fair share of low band spectrum and the FCC should review the bidding limitations, but the 600 mhz auction is a huge deal. This is where Sprint should, and I believe will, place the money they saved by not purchasing Tmobile, to heavily bid on the 600mhz.
