What costs more?

The fine for not complying with federal regulations, or the cost to comply with federal regulations?

overstepping once again

Yet another example of the fcc overstepping.
The FCC cant levy fines against companies that break the rules? And really the fine is so low it would be like a Cop fining you $5 for ignoring a crosswalk signal. And probably just as much of a deterrent.
For making them work so much this year, I mean they've had to think about some decisions and talk about some decisions and then make some decisions.

Their time is valuable T-Mobile, don't take these damages as punitive, but let them be a lesson t...
