Vringo Loses Patent Appeal
Good...
Patent trolls should be struck down. Not to mention that many of the "patents" are not truly patentable... they are usually just one stupid method of doing something that is not original or novel.
I live in Seattle where there are several of these trollco's, like MyhrTroll, and its actually pretty comical reading many of these supposed "patents", "New and Innovative way to look at a display" or "new and innovative method to pickup a fork" or "new and innovative way to move data wirelessly"...well... Really just like everyone else in the world but we have a lot of lawyers to say how novel this clever method is.
And if the patent office doesn't agree that your stupid idea is actually very clever, then just go crapple on them and resubmi...
