May or may not mean anything but nice to see someone is trying to scold greedy big red.....
Does this mean that if you have a family plan with Verizon and subscribe to (let's say) 10 GB of Data and you have 4 phones and use 8 GB that you will be throttled because you are over 4.8 GB.....or

of your 4 phones 3 use 1 GB but the 4th uses 5GB ...
Yes. so the big and greedy government can force its way into businesses and people's lives? No thanks, I prefer the free market where I can go somewhere else rather than complain or be forces to do anything. God forbid, businesses try and make money ...
How many people does this actually affect anyway? Like 10?

For eight years I was forced to pay for unlimited data in phones which did not even support basic Internet. Nice to see Verizon putting the screws to its customers as usual. Evil *Bleeping* *Bleepards*.
