Thanks, FTC...

For filing a complaint in 2014 over things which happened in 2012 and T-Mobile announced they would refund in 2013. And which, for all we know, other carriers are still doing.

As a T-Mobile representative, I take these allegations seriously. On a T-Mobile bill, after the details about calls placed / received, and if you have detailed billing turned on, the details about all text messages sent / received, on the very next page, before you move onto the next line, are the listed premium service charges.

I can't for the life of me figure out how this could be construed as lengthy or difficult to understand. They were printed on the bills in plain english, the charge, a description of it, and the cost associated with it. It's one of the easiest things to find on any T-Mobile bill.
It is lengthy and difficult to understand because there is numbers on a page. Numbers! Do you have any idea how confusing that is to the average T-mobile customer that just wants to get there phone cut back on! Think of all that bidness they are missi...
