The fact that Sprint and T-Mobile own just 15% of the low band spectrum in the US, yet they aren't allowed to merge with each other is laughable.
Well put...I'd say they fact that they can't is just an example of AT&T's and Verizon's lobby exerting their influence. But it looks like with this ruling, and the recent articles about representatives not necessarily against a T-Mobile-Sprint merger....
