Okay, so let's clarify click-to-store for all you people questioning or debating it

You pick your phone online. You pick your plan, features and anything else you want. You then select a store of which it will TELL you of the inventory status.

You PRE-PAY online using a credit/debit card and WAIT until the store that you SPECIFICALLY picked gives you confirmation that a phone has been reserved for you and is ready to go.

You then walk in - only wait if there's a huge rush and it's busy, or otherwise will be assisted right away. From there the rep does a few clicks - the system already has your payment info, phone you've picked and everything - you confirm, sign and leave the store.

WAY faster than the normal process and WAY faster than waiting for it to be shipping. So if you're a decisive shopper and know wh...

I find it funny how you can order pre-order these trendy new phones, think you are going to be the first to be the center of attention with the latest status symbol, and then find that your preorder cannot be canceled, is projected to take 3 weeks to arrive, and knuckle-dragging neanderthals just walk right in the store during the first week picked it up immediately.

"Yea you can, like, get the phone you want but maybe not in the right color....

Sprint has been doing this for some time.
It gives the benefit of buying online to get "Web only" exclusive deals with the convenience of picking up at the store.
It saves on shipping costs for AT&T where they would normally give "free" overnight s...

Number 2 why would a phone be delivered to the wrong store? Wouldn't they use store stock to complete the order.

Number 3 yes this is AT&T and I have had great service with them. So what is your poi...
