No Skimping on Signal

I think this is a good idea, just as long as they don't skimp on RF quality and reliability, otherwise who will buy them? There are many people who don't prefer anything beyond making a simple phone call.

I hope that this doesn't exercise the phrase "you get what you pay for" in the overall quality aspect.
While RF quality might or might not be something that suffers from this low-cost direction, realize that this effort is driven by two factors:
First, despite all the fees that companies like Cingular, Sprextel, and Verizon charge, they actually lose...

possible to make lower quality Moto phone???!

I'm glad their R&D department is spending their time doing something.
