I don't say it often, but

This is a legal case that is actually 100% justified. I mean, come on:

It looks more like the Motorola Droid Pro/Admiral in that photo.

But it is a near perfect copy of the Blackberry keyboard.

How stupid do you have to be...

to think that you can make a near exact copy of Blackberries keyboard and get away with it?

Also how stupid do you have to be to not tweak the key shape in the slightest, making this a non-issue? Unless the suit was their goal, nothing says free publicity in America like lawsuit.
