Yaaaay?

I can't say I've been waiting for this, since I've heard about some minor glitches and changes I don't really feel that exited for.

Can someone tell me what are the greater diferences between JellyBean & Kitkat?
Does that mean the Note 2? :3

There are small differences, the most noticeable is how Google now is available from the home screen instead of having to launch the app. However, everything seemed to run smoother. I tried it on the Nexus 5. Liked it...
