Dandy !!! EVDO appears to be up on the Front Range CO

I was delighted to see some new letters on my Verizon (Audiovox, UT-Starcom, Siemens et al) XV6600 today - EVDO instead of 1x. Good job folks - the original goal of 'end of summer' for large scale deployment appears to have been met here in the eastern slope of the CO rocky mountains. I have not played around much with the new network but the default IE browser is quite a bit more responsive upon initial call and the Intellisync performance should *woo* the skeptics for sure.

Don't forget to *228 and update mobile if you see this new letters EVDO on the screen.

Also don't forget the 2nd ROM update this year for this particular product. The kind of support we come to expect and trust.
