Hmmmm....

A $1 more per share. Is there a legitimate reason to turn it down from Clear's viewpoint?
As I understand it, Dish doesn't actually have the money on hand, they are going to borrow it....one company in debt buying another in debt does not equal a profitable company....in fact it equals one company with a very large debt that it can't hope ...

No, there is no legitimate reason for Clear to turn it down. Its a cash offer, so it doesn't matter to the Clear shareholders or members of the board of directors how Dish gets the money, or what the long-term ramifications are for Dish. They're cas...

This is getting annoying

Seriously, just make a decision and be done with it. So sick and tired of this back and forth drama.

Clear, you suck. You should be happy you're not completely bankrupt. Sprint has kept you alive for far too long - now please show some loyalty and sell yourselves one last time.


As for Dish, re-evaluate why you're considered one of thee worst companies to work for PERIOD - that might be a indication of something - but hey, who knows, maybe it's just some strange coincidence.
Maybe I am just bored but im loving this whole bid war between Sprint and Dish. I agree though Dish sucks everything about that company working for them or service is just garbage.
