EU Says Motorola's Patent Pursuits Are Abusive

Wow! If I didn't read the names of the companies I would have been sure they were talking about Apple inc. Apple is the one who has been throwing lawsuits left and right on virtually every tech company out there. And Motorola is the one that got spanked by the EU. Smells like someone greased up a judges pocket. So much for freedom of innovation.

Stifling innovation? What a load of crap!!!! Perhaps firing back at a company known for bringing out ridiculous lawsuits and saying everyone is infringing upon them when they themselves have infringed upon everyone's ideas and called them their own should be looked upon before calling companies stopping them the innovative blockers!!! could have sworn Motorola has been more innovative than apple over the past few decades!!!!
