Group contact

How do I create a group of contacts in the 'Contacts" function? Or is there a back door to it somewhere else?

Z10 turning itself off and then back on

It has turned itself off and then back on twice today. Been doing that lately, often when I am in a bad reception area. Anyone know what is going on?
I had this happen maybe in the first week or two of having the phone. Seems to have solved itself in my case, but I know this is a common complaint. Not every phone has it though. Still a problem?

Have one!

I like it! But like all blackberries before it, its going to take some time to master!
When you turn this thing on it at least teaches you a couple of basic gestures to use before you get too far with it so you aren't going WTH?

Everything feels different. The only obvious similarity between OS 10 and anything before it is when you get into the settings. A little bit of familiarity there.

Email was simple to set up. It somehow figured out that I filter company email through googles servers with just address and passwords only. Thought I was going to have fun setting that up correctly.

Lots of apps to look through. almost too many for me at the moment. Last I heard there were 100,000 plus. Maybe the app counters among us will wait u...

Looking forward to your review, Hawkeye. I probably won't be able to get to Verizon for a while to take a look. But I do plan to do so. Finally, I will be able to move on from my Storm 1.

AWE

No more making fun of them for charging $1000 for a phone. Not that $689 is cheap either.
Just what I need. An expensive phone on a limited coverage network. Tmobile coverage sucks where I live.

BlackBerry Boasts Record Z10 Sales

BlackBerry Boasts Record Z10 Sales

So, as this phone is being launched in different world markets its at least not being laughed at Laughing
Yes, people from the UK and Canada always did love their blackberries, but articles like this are encouraging
Well, its certainly not bad news, but without more details its hard to know if its great news either. The key will be seeing if they can sustain the strong demand, of it this was just a crush of remining BB loyalist showing up to buy the BB10 they've...

I would hope they would break sales in their homeland. Now lets see how they do in the US.
This is making me more money on my BBRY stock Smile. Therefore, I am very happy.

BB Swan Song

I think that I've seen this before. ..

Oh yes, this is Palm's WebOS with the Pre and Pixie all over again. Of course you will have the BB diehards that will rush out and snap up the 1st wave giving the project a false sense of success and yes I am speaking to the American market only as Im fully aware of BB's market presence OUTSIDE of the US market.

History is repeating itself. This OS and hardware needed to come out TWO years ago when the Playbook was under a hard push.

RIM/BB did it to themselves by failing to act quicker. Too little too late just like Palm in 2009.
The Palm Pre was doomed from the beginning. The hardware sucked, specs sucked, it was ugly and it was an exclusive device on the worst possible carrier: Sprint! Not to mention the worst marketing ever!

I'm an Android user myself but I think BB has ...

It's mine!!!

Not ashamed to admit it. I want this. Very Happy

I won't pretend that its going to slay the mighty iPhone and I could care less if it is a "game changer" or not.

Now if you will excuse me, I need to cash in my RIM stock thats doubled before its shorted to death over the next couple of months Laughing
Haven't read the review but I'm really hoping they finally hit the mark with this. I've been waiting for a new BB worth getting since I had an iPhone 3gs a few years ago
