😁 i do not have a price point yet, but cingular is getting it sometime in late or mind september. Gonna increase my activations with this puppy

Sure waited long enough....

If this company had a patent on these kind of services, why not bring lawsuits against these companies earlier??? I don't think they should get anything. They were basically sitting around waiting to see if prepaid was gonna get big enough that they could profit off of it without having to do the work themselves.

The full article says that the suit was filed 5 years ago.

However, if they have held the patent for 11 years like it says, then they really have been sitting on their backsides and taking their sweet freaking time.
