AT&T Rolls Out New International Rate Plans

That is why there are AT&T MVNO's out there. For the amounts they are asking, I would go to the local gas station first and buy a calling card.
The rates for international calling and texting are way better on an MVNO. The only thing AT&T has extra is their data and proprietary apps.
This is referring to services used outside the USA in Canada, Mexico, Europe, etc.
