Why do we get an article about this but not one about the Patent Office declaring Apple's patent on the so called 'rubber band' effect invalid? If upheld this will result in no fewer than 20 of the rulings against Samsung being thrown out....
I don't get it....granted that ruling isn't final...but I expected an article about that on Phone Scoop because it seems kind of significant... 😕
