Sprint Offers PTT to Android Phones Via New App

Touché, Sprint.

There may yet be life after death for PTT. The major drawback of all the other PTT apps in the Play Store is that you can only communicate with others that have downloaded it. Being able to connect with what's left of the Nextel community (albeit tattered at this point) may actually be a benefit to choosing Sprint without having to go with the fashion challenged Nextel handsets... And once its available to all of Android, even better still. More income, and a subscriber base not limited to any one carrier. Bravo Sprint 😉
If this Andriod PTT app works well, and if Sprint can get their CDMA-based Sprint Direct Connect network to work correctly & consistently, they might have something. And if it works, it certainly will be nice for current PTT users to have a much broad...
