Absolutely beautiful

I hope it comes to AT&T, though I imagine it'll probably be $200 at least Sad
It has Metal buttons, it'll probably be more than $200.00
Why would you want that amazing phone on At&t's crappy network?
Just wait a couple of months, nearly every phone is eventually free if you wait long enough...

Insanely Ugly

Although it looks like Samsung at least improved the materials from the dead-****roach-carcass Galaxy SIII, the hardware doesn't match the hard-edged angles of the UI (something the HTC and especially Nokia devices are good at.)
But it definitely does clash. I think Nokia would have been a better bet for "first Windows 8 phone manufacturer" position.
