Dont be a data hog: Please checkout We-Fi Beta on android and AW-Open on iOS

If you use a lot of data please use a Wi-Fi auto connecting application like WeFi for android or AW-Open for iOS.
There are 2 versions of We-Fi, We-Fi pro and We-Fi pro beta. I recommend WeFi pro beta for those of you who have a small battery capacity.

I also have tasker version 1.09 setup so that when i turn my bluetooth headset on all of my radios follow suite.
Haven't found a way to do this on iOS exactly like this just yet.

Please don't ruin this for everyone. There is no excuse.
WiFi will usually provide much better speeds anyways.

If you have any questions just ask!

GREAT News! Hoping TMO & Sprint stick it to BIG RED & BLUE!!

I have Verizon now. I do love their LTE Network where it exists & am grandfathered (for now) to unlimited data but wtih how dirty AT&T & Verizon have been going to these new COMPLETE RIP-OFF Data Share Plans & trying to coax us off unlimited, I think it is wonderful Sprint & T-Mobile are keeping data unlimited/unthrottled. I wish them all the luck in the world & hope they get a ton of customers from the Big 2. I will be moving from Salt Lake City to Montana soon so unfortunately, I HAVE to choose Verizon or AT&T. I hope both Sprint & T-Mobile can spread out and improve their networks. I would jump to them in a heartbeat if they came to Helena.
Not to mention that AT&T is blocking features set by the manufacturer and forcing people on their tiered plans for that function to work. Since when is Data different? I mean, my unlimited data on AT&T is somehow different to the Tiered data? I hope t...

Unlimited not offered with Hot Spot

Well couldn't you just get an app for that? 😕
Yes, but it would most likely be blocked by the carrier. Remember - on that 700Mhz block of spectrum that verizon has has the provision that the customer can use it any way they want. If you want to use hotspot with that unlimited data feature, you ...

Will Monthly 4G be impacted?

I have Monthly 4G with T-Mobile and love the service. It would be great if threw us a bone as well. They do have "unlimited" data now, but throttle down depending on plan. Does anyone know if they will be adjusting these plans? Thanks!
I currently have the 5gb 100 minutes plan for $30 a month the most ive ever used is about 3gb but im starting to use more minutes now and voip has horrible call quality when not in wifi. I plan on switching to solavei a tmobile mvno with unlimited eve...

Speed caps

T-Mobile wasn't making any money off putting people on speed caps, like Verizon/AT&T make on overages. A speed cap is purely designed to protect bandwidth and network performance. I'm interested to know why T-Mobile decided to make this move.
Probably to entice customers back to their doors. They're less expensive than AT&T and Verizon, and more reliable (IMO) than Sprint. Add in true un-throttled unlimited data, even if for the time being its HSPA+ "4G" (which in my experience the past ...

I hope this doesn't hurt T-Mobiles network speed

Look at Sprint or AT&T. When their networks are overloaded with heavy data users , the speed of the network suffers.
T-mobile has far far fewer subscribers than Sprint or AT&T, and in most metro areas at least, they have great coverage and very fast 4G speeds. Sure, the speeds will suffer, but I dont think they will suffer enough for anybody to really have a hard t...

T-Mobile is pitching the plan as the only truly unlimited 4G data plan in the country

And Sprint???

: Confused :
Does Sprint charge extra $$$$ as T-Mobile is doing?
