Nice innovation..

For people too damn lazy to push a few buttons to search for a ringtone. But then again, this is America. Any innovation that requires people to do all that much less is always succesful.
lol just about to say the same thing.. god it feels good to be an American.. finally now i can get my ring tones without interrupting my cartoon time.. 😁 i was getting so tired of hitting the "accept" button..

So, not to sound retarded or anything but....

Does anyone think it's possible that maybe this technology was developed in the hopes of making cellphones more accessable to the handicapped? I mean, the article didn't really say anything about it, but there have been some recent steps in that direction. Like Cingular is offering a new "Talks" technology that makes it so the phone will read off menu commands as you highlight them, And the QWERTY keyboards were originally all about bringing cellphones to the hearing impared as messaging was taking off. The ease of these features to "fully-capable" people helped in the marketing I'm sure, and aided in the popularity of them greatly, but don't alot of new "Technologies" develop in that manner? I could be wrong, but it's an idea.
