This is a case of "Of course I didn't read my contract!"

While I do agree with this, the customer has a responsibility to already know this before they go to the other country. It's like the clause of the contract that states if you transfer (port) your number to another carrier, your charged for the rest of the cycle even if service wasn't available.

I get lots of complaints about that one - but you're already supposed to know, it's in your contract.

Stupid customers suffer from bill shock. I use the term stupid correctly, becuase you would need to be just that, Stupid, to agree ...

I just think it's silly that someone wouldn't realize that when they take their phone to a whole different country, they might be paying more for the service 🤣

Your average person doesn't know much about roaming rates. This is a good thing.
