Fire Stephen Elop, The CEO of Nokia

It seems that the only real person they should have fired is stephen elop. He has single-handedly destroyed the top cellphone manufacturer. I don't quite understand why the share-holders keeping the same CEO who through a short 1.5 yrs at the helm has resulted in a 68% drop in Nokia's share values.

The only way for Nokia to survive this is to maintain yet minimize its reliance on Windows mobile. Simutlaneously, it must introduce an android line-up which would allow it to generate some income while windows mobile OS develops.

Microsoft just needs to buy Nokia

They have a good thing going with Lumia. Consolidate resources, come out with the next version of Windows 8 for tablets, phones, etc., and you have a winning combination. You then have a big three competition, with excellent choices. Apple products, Google/Motorola products, and Microsoft/Nokia products.

Let the games begin!

Its too late for Nokia and RIM. Revenue is shrinking as time goes so its only a matter of time before all is lost. Im sure Microsoft or another company will buy them then.
